Terms and Conditions
1.1 In this Conditions:
“the Company” means means Easy Clean Nottingham Ltd, Company Number 11791473, Registered Office White House, Wollaton Street, Nottingham, NG1 5GF.
“the Client” means the person, parternship, LLP, Company or entity which engages the Company’s Services and/or Goods
“the Service” means any goods and services provided by the Company to the Client.
“the Quotation” means the Company’s written quotation for the services and/or goods to be provided, as stipulated.
“the Estimate” means the Company’s written or verbal estimation provided on request to the Client and is an estimate, subject to confirmation.

“the contract” means any works undertaken from the point of acceptance.

“the Agreement” means the Client’s agreement for the Company to provide the goods and/or services in accordance with the Quotation provided by the Company. Any Agreement incorporates the terms and conditions set out herein, and is subject to the law in England and Wales.
2. GENERAL
2.1 These Conditions apply to all contracts for the supply of services and/or goods entered into by the Company. Neither the Client nor the Company shall be bound by any variation or waiver of the Contract, except as agreed by both parties in writing.
3. QUOTATION VALIDITY PERIOD
3.1 The Quotation is valid until it is accepted by the Client. It is valid for only the works requested and quoted for. The Company may before acceptance provide a varied or amended Quotation.
4. COMMENCEMENT OF WORKS, ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WORKS AND PAYMENT
4.1 Once the Quotation is agreed, works will commence, in accordance with the date agreed.
4.2 The Company will raise an invoice upon completion of the work. Payment for the goods and/or services is payable within 14 days of the invoice being raised unless stipulated beforehand.

4.3 The Company’s work will be deemed completed to the Client’s satisfaction, unless complaint is raised within 3 days of the job/task completion.

4.4 Late Payment will be subject the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. Compensation will sought pursuant to the Act, and interest will be payable by the Client at the rate of 8% above the Bank of England base rate in accordance with the Act.
5. TERMINATION
5.1 In the event that the Client terminates the contract during the works being undertaken the client shall pay the Company the full contract price, within 7 days.

5.2 In the event of termination by the client within 72 hours of commencement of services the full contract price will be payable.

5.3 In the event of termination by the client within 7 days of commencement of services 50% of the contract will be payable.

6. SERVICE
6.1 The Company shall provide its goods and/or services with reasonable skill and care the Services for the Client as described in the Quotation.
6.2 Where the Client requests the Company to carry out additional works or provide any additional goods and/or services, not subject to the Quotation, the Client will pay for the additional works undertaken, to be invoiced and paid within 7 days of completion.
6.3 The Client will provide adequate access including providing keys where necessary in order to undertake the agreed works. If the Client denies access or makes access not reasonably practicable, the Client shall pay the Company’s price as agreed in the Quotation, within 7 days.

7. LIABILITIES & QUALITY CONTROL
7.1 The Company accepts no liability for any loss or damage, unless it is caused by its own negligence. The Company has public liability insurance for any such loss.
7.2 Any alleged loss or damage must be notified to the Company by the Client immediately, or as soon as is reasonably practicable.
7.3 The Company shall not be liable in any way for any loss of profits, nor shall it be liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss or damage howsoever caused and arising from the Client’s use or possession of the Goods or benefit from the services provided by the Company.

7.5 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Company’s liability for death or personal injury caused by it’s negligence or its liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.
8. EMPLOYMENT

8.1 Clients are prohibited from employing any of the Company’s staff directly for a period of 2 years from the date of the contract.
8.2 Clients are not permitted to employ any of the Company’s employees for work outside of the period without paying 25% of their average annual salary over prior three month period to the Company.
12. JURISDICTION
​
12.1 The parties are subject to the law in England and Wales.
